What is a "VC DAO"?

VC stands for "Venture Capital" and DAO is short for "Decentralized Autonomous Organization." This means that rather than having a select few organizations investing in a startup project, the floor is open to any retail investor to have the same access as privileged and networked investors. A VC DAO opens the doors previously closed to the average investor, regardless of the size of the individual's account.
